this is NTEK nothing makes sense like giving the founder a billion shares while he sat in prison and giving his wife 30 million shares during that period and she doesn't even work.

Don't forget the part about inventing a front company named Royal Capital Group to funnel those shares to himself all the while claiming they were an unrelated party.
