You're new to Celsius. I've been following it for a very long time. They already moved to the Nasdaq once, and as I predicted at the time, it was a disaster.

Obviously your only experience is with OTC stocks. Growth and profits are requirements on exchanges for consumer goods companies. Celsius is not a biotech or satellite developer. They have no proprietary formulas or patents. There are no barriers to entry. They have products and they have minor brand recognition. They need to be able to show they can run profitably. Maybe in year 1 or 2 they get a pass, at least on the OTC, but they're not a startup.

Anyone holding the stock should hope they don't get listed on an exchange before they figure out how to turn a profit, or at LEAST not have negative $2.4 million cash flow for the year. ;-);-)
