RXI-231: Consumer testing will initiate in May 2017

On the 2016 EOY Update, Pavco said consumer testing would begin during 1Q17.

On the 3/30 CC, Pavco said, "it should be starting within the month of April, for sure" and "once we actually get started early in April".
Okay, a minor schedule slip.
