So, I am getting schooled here in Bend the last week or so. I have Never witnessed a feeding frenzy on Real estate like this in my life. I have built custom homes on the beach from La Jolla to Del Mar for 32 years. Gravy work. Here? Peeps are in a waiting list just to get a home. They can't build them fast enough. This is a total Boom Town. I decided to tap into this fad & suck up some CA money. May as well right? I give it another year before this boom takes a dump. Chew this chit up while it's happening. Correct? Nam nam nam.
