The dilution by RXMD mgmt. is continuous and on going. They made bad deals and have folks in mgmt. who were involved in shady deals in the past. They have had fantastic news every month since the last 11 months and with each pop the shorts have prospered. pps had dropped from 04+ to 0.017 and this trend will continue despite their claim of audited fins since last month.
