a) they can't stop dilution, it's the only way they can get any money to keep paying salaries and expenses. b) updates won't matter. Most people know it's a pump and dump and when you see it heavily promoted, that just makes it more obvious.

They will dilute until they run out of shares, then reverse split and do it again.
In the last 8 months many many people have given up. I have seen so many different screen names on this board and will probably see a completely different round of names before long.
