It makes it very clear in the 10-K that $2M were spent in admin fees. most of that goes into paying salaries and Baruch gets a large portion. Moreover, research and development expenses of $141,858 a year on actual science will not get anything done. That is toy money that the sub-dime companies pay for their stuff. Real work costs much more than that. If OWCP does not multiply their research and development expenses by 10 and cut some bogus administrative salaries, this stock is going to go under a dime real fast. This is obviously the most overrated OTC stock there is. If the fat salaries were cut, dilution would not be necessary.
