Financing update 2nd part and Valuation: I found the company who gave them part of the financing. I stumbled on it last night so I called MMEX to confirm and he said I am going to have to wait for the news to see if I am right! :D Oh my gosh this is huge. Going to buy 2-5 million more today :)



The valuation as well I found out, is worth close to what STERVC has posted via company word of mouth. I asked about the .58 cent valuation and his response was:

This reeks of desperation and lack of facts as usual - how many of the proclamations have been proven to be just more white noise over the last few months.

There isn't any investment bankers that are going to loan the broke ass Hanks any money.

Hell, the bank wouldn't loan Hanks $145,000 and he had to use a toxic lender. LMAO!

You do understand that Crown Bridge received $80,000 in a toxic convertible note for the BS 8-K about the $3 Million loan - here is the funniest part even the $3 Million had toxic terms.

Plus, there was the huge contingency that MMEX had to file a effective S-1 registration statement before MMEX received any money.

Pinky fantasyland nonsense about Hanks getting $450 million in financing. Anyone that believes that deserves to lose their investment.
