Michael Jacobson responded again to me saying this: "The app is under development, and is not ready for distribution to a test audience... My suggestion is that once the app is ready for testing by a sampling of our constituents, you contact Viva and request access for testing." Seems the "preview" was real and we have to request Viva to release the test/trial/beta app at least for a short time.
