Jason, you would do yourself a favor by going back and reviewing the family that owned Santa Elena, and what has transpired in the 6 or 7 years since they made the deal with Paul Thompson for the mining rights.

There were bumps along the road, but Paul Thompson has been nothing but forthright and honest in his dealings with the family, IMO.

You may find some conflicts of interest that would explain to you why certain statements are made.
