Yeah I agree, most buying is those already in , GDSI had updated the share structure back in december 2016 and the best I remember it appears to be the same now as was then, I do find it odd why they do not update the float number, I think its kind of decieving to leave that number they have shown as the shares held at DTC which is on there is a part of the float but not all that is in the float as some stock could be in cert form held by financiers not yet deposited.
GDSI itself is the one that updates otc markets so one of GDSI current officers is doing the updating and I have no doubt they understand how important the trading float numbers are so why not update that as well ?
