Yeah...it says that right below the Caveat Emptor/skull and bones. It has to be that they've deemed the growth a bit too much for the financials it has posted.

Other Public Interest Concern — OTC Markets Group may determine that there is a public interest concern regarding the security. Such concerns may include but are not limited to promotion, spam or disruptive corporate actions even when adequate current information is available.
But I also believe that Lone Wolf is correct by his statement "Lastly...supply and demand. Doesn't appear company is using their shares as an ATM and volume continues to expand here."
If the company isn't diluting, is debt free, people are using their exchange, and buying in on the ALT(coin); we may just be looking at the simple economic principle of low supply and high demand driving the price (hopefully forever) into the sky.
