exactly. i said last week, that nvic needed to churn through the unrestricted shares before it makes its run on that beautifully and unbelievably low 25 mil as/os. the downtrend is due to the sale of some of the unrestricted shares. but, it is holding nicely, and by next week, the shares will be bought and locked, which will move it well into the pennies.
