if there were actual PTOI shares of significance to access by NR/CEs .. PTOI's volume would measure daily in the millions

one of my fav OTC comps to PTOI .. both have triggered reg sho .. both are OTCQB .. and both have
4 stars from Morningstar .. :)

but note the lack of *comparison* when it comes to both re: volume .. this isn't rocket science
but it is a math :)
