I'm I reading your post RT.
Your saying that you were there in December and you noticed about 30% of the tuk tuk's were already metered. I saw 2 different types of meters and neither was a moto-meter. And you didn't take any pic or even ask What and Who or Were did these Meter come from?
It's Hard to believe what you port Jeep. Anyone in his rt mind woulda taking the time to FINE OUT WHAT TA F#*%& GOING ON HERE.

Jeep, it would make sense that whatever company they have bought the meters from in the past would also get the future business. Seems to me that does not bode well for WM. Hate to sy it again, but why buy from a company that is seriously on the ropes. Or dead.
