So I will reveal this... I don't know if what you are saying is true... but yesterday when I spoke with him he told me he didn't own any shares. I told him that from a shareholders perspective it looks good when the CEO buys shares of his own company. Because if that's true I may have to pat myself on the back lol.

Did he say that to you? I think that would be amazing... it shows that he heard a shareholders opinion, took it into consideration... and acted.

in the first place? They were issued (with his authority) by the company. I think you mean he will purchase in the open market.....(yeah right).
