is there any reason for PTOI to have volume ... rhetorical

until of course P2O executes and RH articulates

but the decreasing avgs certainly indicate a lack of *sells* .. ;)

note those non adjusting elastic asks and their *UCs* .. (undercuts) ..

just me perhaps .. but i'd say NR has a wee bit of a problem *above* 5c ..
