Yep. As an investor, I want information but I do not want fluff. Fine line. Confidence needs pumping yet future 'potential' or 'completion' is often nothing more that a lot of smoke and mirrors.
Silence has the same affect. Everything positive takes time and energy to obtain. Results are the name of the game if you are an investor. Results require patience and persistence to accomplish. Saying it is going to happen really does no one any good...until it does happen.
So, what do you do in the interim? Give us a progress report. Results stem from completion of a series of all of the steps in the process.
An investor need only know that a step or two has been completed in order to remain calm. A tad of information that the process continues and that milestones have been met is all an investor should need to know.
Silence provides none of that. All we know is that there was a beginning and that there is an end. No progress report provided.
I am not a happy investor...my confidence needs a pump!
