Yes but all statements were amended and refiled with OTCmarkets to comply with reporting requirements taking it from CE to full OTC current status.

yes, NOUV became current on Feb. 8th, 2017 but the Caveat Emptor symbol with OTCmarkets was not removed until April 6th,2017. investors out there were reluctant to buy into NOUV because of the caveat emptor status. Now they are fully current with OTCMarkets without any restrictions attached to $NOUV.
