CDR...exactly...in my line of work..(or most other occupations).IF you can't get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, you get replaced...With edig managements poor performance over the last few years, it is amazing that they have not gotten the boot...Every year with the share holder proxy vote, I vote to have the BOD replaced.. But if a shareholder does not vote..his shares are voted for the existing BOD.. They should not be counted if they are not voted. They know that their reappointments are a shoe in because of that.
