Yes he did, when it comes to the paper work, it has been brought to otc personally by him, then he nedded an attorney letter, that i don't know if it was done. But for the otc to say they have not ha e any contact with amlh is crap, because amlh went thru a reverse merger and that paper work was posted on otc on march.. who is saying the truth ?
