The common shares ARE worthless, because there is absolutely nothing behind them of value. They have been cancelled.

There is nothing behind ARIOQ but air. Just because someone didn't pay attention to all the facts that the shares have been cancelled and actually bought something without value doesn't in any way change the fact that they are fundamentally worthless.
