If you don't understand as vs os you should really look it up

Completely incorrect. I've already posted ( and had deleted) that I participated in the PP and know most of the investors that put up the 2 million. We are restricted for 6 months and have no intention of selling for a year after minimum. If you want to invest you have all of 2017 before you see a single share of dilution. Anyone who says otherwise wasn't part of the raise and hopes to artificially keep the price down
