Dilution is a great thing if the return on investment outweighs the cost of dilution. Given this Management's past history of having a watchful eye over the share structure I wouldn't think anything too bad was coming our way
THINK!! Come on man, dilution if controlled and used appropriately is a good thing especially if it helps get a product that could bring in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue off the ground.
Doesn't dilution occur in all penny stocks? Or almost all stocks for that matter? Isnt that one of the main reasons for a company to go public? If your gonna invest in any OTC stock you have to expect some dilution, I don't understand people saying "dilution=scam". New companies need funds to start making money.
