We have received a going concern opinion from our auditors.

We have an accumulated deficit and have had negative cash flows from our operations. Accordingly, we have received a report from our independent auditors in connection with our audited financial statements that includes an explanatory paragraph describing their substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. This may negatively impact our ability to obtain additional funding or funding from external sources on terms attractive to us.

There are some very nice folks still out there, folks who will help, not just pad the area , bandaids fix the situation then let you bleed out. While trying to over hype the situation.

Just saying it's good to be supportive, but there is a fine line between misleading when you have all the tools to lead with great direction, but instead they tend to use there tools to mislead the unfortunate.

IPA, must be to them like teaching a new born, but when it grows up to make its own decision. It realizes how much of a shit teacher they actually had. Never works out good.
