There has been no plan for months, I wouldn't expect that to change. Notice they didn't file a 10k, or their previous 10q, I wonder why they even file the nt10k, the 10k is the important doc, not the extension. Anyway, if they do an r/s the toxic lenders can dump more shares without raising the a/s. They may find new "investors" if the pps is higher and they can dump it right back to no bid.

What's the point of a rs if the company has no plan afterwards? And why does everyone look at an rs as a bad thing? Technically you don't lose money unless you keep holding and it plummets, but I ask again what do they benefit from a rs if there is no plan that follows it?

They do it so they can sell more shares and there is a 100% chance of a massive loss for every shareholder after one.
