Earnings: they say they only have 1700 units leased...thought it was 2600. Administrative costs up almost $300k for " advertising and consulting fees"?? Bullshit. Unless they raise more capital and retire the mountain of debt they've accumulated this doesn't look good. Wasn't impressed ..
