The stooges claimed "great crimes" were committed, yet netted about what any debtor would, negotiating around a 10% discount. My point was and still IS that this same discount could have been negotiated WITHOUT spending nearly $2 million and taking 3 months to do so!!!
Netting $8 million out of $50 million could only be called a "victory" in the land of pinks, elsewhere it would be considered a failure.
