this is what they have to improve before anyone is going to invest any more:

successfully scaled-up SolarWindow™ prototypes from a one-inch square to a twelve-inch square (144 square inches in surface area).

In other words - find a way around the laws of physics in order to implement on a full size 20 foot x 40 foot windows
