Most likely both. I don't believe the principal himself has to be in court, just a rep. Maybe jeffy or gulas. The judge can put in an order to stop trading and that would probably take another month or so. It's going to be put off yet again. I'd like to see the shareholders put out of their misery once and for all, but I think the principal enjoys inflicting pain on those he believes is responsible for his own transgressions.
