Proven means that the SEC has never sanctioned Gers, and Gers has followed a legitimate business plan! They had products, so why would they do otherwise? They also have a number of Patents, a number of legit' customers, and in terms of longevity, they have passed the test as far as I am concerned? Also, as some Naysayers have used the word "Scam," scam means being a "Dishonest" and "Crooked" Company! Now that is how I interpret their feelings in using the term "Scam"! Scam is not in my vocabulary when it comes to Gers! As far as I can see, Gers may have used some iffy tactics, but it was all within the Law! To me that question is a silly one!
