Well he did state filings so perhaps they will come, there is a boat load of filings due so I mean they could all come at once but I can only go by the past events so who the hell knows Lol

That is another thing, those civil cases until such time as they are settled could hinder GDSI/Delgado from saying much of anything other than what we already know about the SEC deal. All we do not know about it at this time is how much money for fine and disgorgement
