Well take a look at this 5 year chart.

The way I see it, other than the few months in 2014 from Feb to June this stock has spent most of its time going DOWN.

Note the pivot at .52

if the stock can hold and stay above that pivot you have a chance of making an upward advance. Right now it looks like gravity is in control.
