I do agree that more transparency is needed for the shareholders. But lets not jump to conclusions and talk about unprofessional late submittals. There is an entire day left to submit the 10k. There was no reason for them to submit the 10k any sooner than today, otherwise they probably would have. Today is the day.

FDA approval? No FDA approval needed to sell psoriasis cream in the states as a cosmetic. FDA approval not need to sell to the rest of the world.
