Let me start with: I am holding many shares here and have no intention on selling for less than a few dollars/share.

My question is: Why allow them to invest $5 mil for 63 mil share at .08 now when they could just wait a day or week (or 2) and sell 63 mil shares for a couple bucks a piece? What is so pressing for cash in hand "right now"?
