The PR you want will never come when you ask for it. That's been our experience here in SDVI land. I think everyone needs to step back and understand what we're invested in here. Technology. It takes time to develop and roll out. Another is that when you have people doing the developing, financing, administration, PR's etc multitasking, its probably an overwhelming task. Additionally, techies are notorious for being poor communicators. JMHO
