You mean the 8-k which was filed 15 months ago, January 2016? HEVI changed in October 2015 auditor but filings don´t take close to 2 years. This takes around 9 months.

"The Registrant engaged RBSM LLP (“ RBSM ”) as its new independent registered accounting firm effective as of October 29, 2015."

The only update i see is the one on Sunbiz but in many stocks doesn´t mean anything will happen.

I tried to get confirmation there is a positive plan for HEVI, but not possible.
