I agree with that....

The BoD have to decide whether to put the company and shareholders first, or themselves.

Unless something momentous happens, I'm afraid of the answer to that question.

Avid is award winning and rapidly expanding. Their progress is bringing the company to the brink of profitability, while lowering the risk of owning the PPHM stock. Who should get credit for that success, or is it considered another failure?
