I would argue that an 8K will answer most questions, as the 10K will only tell us stuff that happened before the start of 2017 -- which we mostly know by now.

Even "Cash on Hand" wouldn't be up-to-date if it's an Annual Report since the $1.6M was raised in January & February 2017.
