I believe they essentially announced their plan for a redesign to be released next week when the website crashed, they said preplanned and pending. No way they invested so much in their tech for next weeks roll out and were going to use the old skin of the website.

I believe when things crashed, they had to take a day to put the old website on the new platform to avoid being down any longer, but didn't do the full upgrade in order to not give away their new name and brand a week earlier than scheduled.

That's at least my theory.

Not to mention it gets only about 5k visits per month except on month when there's major investor news, when the real cbd players are getting 250k visits a month.... I'm not saying that's the end all be all but it's worth noting.
