I think it would be wise to wait and learn about the company's plans. I haven't done much DD here at all. I do see the Hemp guys decision to air his beefs on their stock board as a red flag for him, more so than the company.
It may be the company is on a different path and saw no reason to finalize agreements. Maybe they were mislead?
I'll wait for a bump if one will come. Then I'm out, can't shake the feeling of being deceived. Glad I didn't go over board on my share count.
