Going to chime in completely uninvited, lol. I suspect remaining listed is mostly a function of Q1 and maybe results to date in Q2. The expansion into software/services/cloud based solutions might turn out to be a great move for IFON. But it hasn't even been introduced. Difficult to imagine NASDAQ saying "wow, that's such a great plan, we are sure it justifies a 100% increase in your market cap". Now if there was an investment in IFON by a partner or something similar NASDAQ's view might be different. But that's a stretch.
Personally, I think the market cap is now so low that I'm ready to ride out an RS if it happens. I've been in and out of this thing (mostly in) since shortly after the IPO in about 2004.
IFON has talked for a couple of years about monetizing its user base. To that end the software/services/cloud based solutions might be the first real development. Although I don't think anyone knows just what that new thing is. The only clue I've seen is the reference in the 10-k to a suite of services and cloud-based solutions "for retailers and other potential customers". Does anyone know more?
