#57626 RE: Wangenstein #57620

Wang, Armin plays an important role in the company and wife is a pharmacist there who may be the recipient of those large sums of money. Like I have stated previously it's not like a physicians or other independent clinical practitioner bringing over patients. Insurances really dictate where patients get their medications.

I think during the next CC we all should address these questions and hope they can provide shareholders with the appropriate documentation since they did just get audited. It should not be too hard on them.

It's good to be critical of our company, only way to improve is to look at what areas need it.

1. Armen isn't the CEO, and they have audited financials. Next?

Who said anything about Armen being the CEO? It was stated that Armnen has a lifetime ban from FINRA for trying to swindle investors years ago in another stock.... FACT !!!!

2. Being licensed to fill prescriptions from other states "does nothing to increase script count and gain more revenue"? Okay... that's just adorable. Next?

I agree, just adorable.... However 'adorable' doesn't gain any revenues for the company, does it?

3. They've maintained double-digit % YOY script count and revenue increases throughout 2016 and 2017, even during their busiest months. Next?

A pitiful 1%.... per the audited 2016 financials.... that's all, just a pitiful 1%... BTW, 2017 isn't over yet, as far as my calendar.

4. I suspect they meant they could begin taking the steps (additional audit years, etc.) to uplist to NASDAQ at any time, and that there's nothing in their fundamentals that would prevent it. (That would have been a good question to ask at the recent CC. Why didn't you?) Next?

No they directly stated that they could uplist 'today' to NASDAQ and that was way back in 2016.... What would prevent it would be the fact that they are not SEC Reporting, the SP isn't high enough, and they only have 1 year of financials audited... Here's a link where both Ms Mars and Armen said they could up-list 'today'..... but then again that is taking the word from those that interviewed the two of them during the 'SeeThru Equity' conference back in 2016...maybe those that interviewed were falsifying the interview information to entice new investors?
Armen – “We actually could trade on NASDAQ right now, but we are holding back in order to grow our business first. “
Ms Mars – “We can trade NASDAQ now, but the cost of compliance, and timing is just not right at this time.”

5. No idea. Don't care. The 3rd-party-audited 2016 financials tell me about the business I'm investing in, not the number of shareholders. Next?

One should care as this is just more bold faced lies that Armen is spewing out.

6. And what part of RXMD's year-over-year growth, profitability, and audited financials is responsible for that?

Just a fact, the SP is down over 50% from a year ago….. Ouch !!!

7. "The company is not SEC reporting and is using the Alternative method which is commonly used by many penny stocks." Fixed that. Next?

Yes those scam penny stocks who are hiding things use the Alternative method.

8. 2016's financials are audited, so regardless, we know their values are accurate. Maybe their existing fleet depreciated in value more than the value of the new vehicles. Maybe they had to use a different accounting procedure in the 2016 financials. Next?

Sure are a lot of ‘maybes’…. I say it’s false presentation of the vehicle value.

9. RXMD is a penny stock that has a positive profit margin? That's amazing! How often do you see that! Thanks for pointing that out! (Question: would you suggest RXMD grow by sitting on their money instead of spending it to expand their operations?) Next?

1% is pretty pitiful… Won’t be long before they are borrowing more just to keep the doors open.

10. Yep, that's a pharmacist who brought clients over from a previous job and is getting a % of the business brought over. Next?

Really, where is that information being provided to the public? How many clients did that pharmacist bring over? Are all those clients still doing business with RXMD? $800k and $500k is one hell of a salary…

11. Question: How do you know how many shares MIDAM has sold, or what their total position in RXMD is? Next?

I read the PRs and do DD… It was stated by the company…duhhhhh... and actually after re-reading it was less, only 1.3m or 1.4m...

12. And this has what to do with RXMD's fundamentals? Nothing? Huh. Interesting. Next?

Just a fact that can’t be denied or argued……

14. Name one multi-national corporation that started out as a multi-national corporation. Is there even a point here? Next?

Just another fact… a single location ‘Mom & Pop’ drug store that has a swindler (Armen) guiding them and bringing in a whopping 1% net income annually… LOL…LOL…LOL NEXT>>>>NEXT>>>>NEXT>>>>> LOL...LOL...LOL
