Oh wow, what amazing advice for an OTC PINK.

This is the same type of advice the amateur ex CEO used to give before he became "CEO" and was just a fly by night promo guy. If he wanted people to buy securities he was involved in he'd tell them to buy and then put a high sell price to keep their shares from "the shorters" LMAO
