I tend to agree. I thought the last convert from Feb would have been closed out after a month based on the refix price and volume. The CEO should have taken the opportunity to highlight how that small deal, provided a great financing opportunity in the short term.

I think that what we have here is a company who knows how to grow the business, and produce revenue, but does not know how to properly finance themselves. Which is unfortunate as this is the stage where most potentially great companies, fall by the way-side.

If your are a penny company, actually producing revenue and has a lot of upside, you should just let 'VCs' hunt you down and eat your carcass while you're alive and kicking!

What are you talking about? Dumping? Last week I been watching it's seems like 50-100k volume avg per day. How is that dumping. Now if we see millions in volume I'll agree with you.
