If he publicly disclosed it there would be no issue. If he discloses non public info to private parties is where the issue lies. Now if contracts are involved then that's a diff issue.
Thing is, anything Schadel says or in this case doesn't shouldn't be inferred upon. He is a scam artist and scum bag of a human being. Plenty of example to back this up.
