I would agree with you. The 'valuation' will not make difference in the 10K. And yes, i don't expect much in revenues and will have negative cash flow. The good news is that the 'valuation' will be an educated starting point for the S/P using the monte carlo simulation. Many times in the beginning, companies liabilities are greater than it's assets. That doesn't mean they are better left for dead. These are normal growing pains when you are starting out in a new venture. This company is going to rock!
It should imply an initial patent valuation. That's all. Just to give us an idea of what it is estimated to currently be worth. Most of the 10k will be old news as they all are.
