I like it and agree the debt needs to go for us to pop (or a clear demonstration we've stopped diluting despite the debt, i.e. Cash payments)

But I've essentially gambled $20k on the belief it will work out the right way. So when people I know ask me how confident I am, that's the answer. Wouldn't buy in if I felt differently.
