Obviously I got no special insight but I've been calling attention to the 4th bullet point of their most recent release
It says they planned to update their systems the week of 4/17 for a while now
Reading between the lines - I assume this means they were waiting to go with the name change on the same date they update all their websites to reflect all the changes at one time. And all on 4/20. So they haven't been late, they've been planning next week all along.
