If a company sells shares, the company receives the funds (not the executives)
We could only be so lucky to find out the company is selling shares, compiled cash and paid off debt prior to 20x conversions (now 30x). This would enrich the executives and every other shareholder who can break free of the aura associated with these convertible notes.
I suspect this is the case, and it is one of the primary reasons I am so bullish on this stock. Debt and shares will be the first place to dive in on Monday.
